CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.884 of 2007
JUDGMENT:
1. The C.M.A.No.1419 of 2011 is directed against the Order dated 13.07.2007 in W.C.No.112 of 2005 on the file of learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour-I, R.T.C. Cross roads, at Hyderabad. The present Appeal is directed against the same Award at the instance of the applicant/claimant.
2. The Order dated 17.02.2021 in C.M.A.No.1419 of 2011 reflects that, the dispute between the parties is settled before the Lok Adalat and the Appeal is closed. Hence, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal also requires to the closed in the light of the said Order.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed. No costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
