CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.136 of 2020
JUDGMENT:
It is reported by the learned counsel for the appellant that, S.C.No.52 of 2016 was disposed of by the trial Court on 02.03.2021 and accused Nos.1 to 5 are found not guilty of the offence punishable under section 304-B I.P.C and they are acquitted. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the revision case.
Taking into consideration the above submission, this criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
