JUDGMENT:
This Appeal is filed by the appellant/respondent No.3 aggrieved by the decree and judgment dated 27.09.2011 passed in O.P.No.211 of 2007 on the file of Chairman, MACT-cum-II Additional District Judge, Nalgonda at Suryapet.
2. On 29.08.2019, the appeal was referred to the Lok Adalat for settlement on request by the learned counsel. On 14.09.2019, as per the directions of this Court, the matter was referred to High Court Lok Adalat in connection with National Lok Adalat dated 14.09.2019.
3. As seen from the record, the Award was passed by the Lok Adalat, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana on 12.11.2022, in which it clearly stated that the appeal was dismissed as withdrawn. 2
4. Hence, the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 12.11.2022 passed by the Lok Adalat, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. No costs.
