JUDGMENT:
When the matter was called on 22.11.2022 and 20.12.2022 there was no representation for the revision petitioner. Again it was ordered to be listed on 04.01.2023 but there was no representation for the revision petitioner in the forenoon or in the afternoon. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today.
2. Though the matter is coming up under the caption 'for dismissal', today also there is no representation for the revision petitioner either in the forenoon or in the afternoon.
3. Therefore, the criminal revision case is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
