JUDGMENT :
The matter was referred to High Court Legal Services Committee for identifying the parties and for recording the compromise between the parties. A Joint Compromise Memo was filed by the parties to that effect.
2. Basing on the directions, the Secretary, Legal Services Committee has identified both the parties and recorded the compromise. Memorandum of compromise was also taken on to the record.
3. In view of the above, the criminal revision case is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise. The conviction imposed against the revision petitioner in C.C No.187 of 2017, dated 12.10.2018 on the file of I Special Magistrate, Hyderabad is set aside, however, on payment of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees Ten Thousand) to Sainik Welfare Fund on or before 10.03.2023, to bring the compromise into effect.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
