CRIMINAL APPEAL No.694 of 2017
JUDGMENT:
Basing on the letter dated 21.02.2023 addressed by the learned counsel for the appellant to the Registry, the matter is posted today under the caption "for withdrawal".
2. The said letter discloses that party/appellant instructed the counsel to withdraw the present criminal appeal in view of the memo filed vide U.S.R No.18319 of 2023, dated 17.02.2023. Therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the criminal appeal.
3. In view of the above, this criminal appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
