SECOND APPEAL No.799 of 2017
JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed by the appellant aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 15.12.2004 passed in A.S.No.15 of 2004 by the II Additional District Judge, Nalgonda at Suryapet confirming the decree and judgment dated 19.08.2003 passed in O.S.No.54 of 2000 by the Junior Civil Judge at Suryapet.
2. When the matter came up for hearing on 17.02.2023, there was no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant and the matter was posted to 27.02.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
3. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
