This appeal is filed by the appellant against the decree and judgment dated 20.03.2018 passed in O.S.No.855 of 2016 by the I Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he is not pressing the appeal.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.
