JUSTICE P.SREE SUDHA I.A.No.1 of 2022 IN/AND C.M.A.No.530 of 2020 COMMON JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice T.Vinod Kumar) I.A.No.1 of 2022 is filed seeking to permit the petitioner/appellant to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, in order to file an application seeking decree of divorce by way of mutual consent.

2. Having regard to the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the application is ordered. Consequently, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as sought for. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
