ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the Judgment and decree dated 03.07.2009 in Crl.A.No.248 of 2008 passed by the learned I-Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad confirming the conviction and sentence passed in C.C.No.50 of 2008 dated 25.07.2008 on the file of the learned VII-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.
2. Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner stated that petitioner/accused passed away. In fact, he paid the entire amount and the offence is reduced under Section 138 of N.I.Act.
3. The learned Public Prosecutor is also present and ratifies the same.
4. As the petitioner/accused is no more, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
