JUDGMENT:
The learned counsel for the APSRTC submitted that the appellant corporation is willing to withdraw the MACMA, stating that they also filed an IA to that effect. Therefore, the appellants are permitted to withdraw this appeal.
In view of the above, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There is no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this MACMA shall stand closed.
