JUDGMENT:
1. The present appeal has been directed against the order dated 30.11.2017 in O.A.No.66 of 2016 on the file of the Telangana Endowments Tribunal at Hyderabad.
2. Learned counsel representing learned counsel for appellant is present. There is no representation for respondents.
3. The Registry circulated a letter dated 20.02.2023 addressed by the learned counsel for appellant seeking to post the present appeal for withdrawal. In view of the said letter, the learned counsel for appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.
4. In the said circumstances, permission is accorded for withdrawing the present matter.
5. In the result, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
