SECOND APPEAL No.156 of 2016
JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed by the appellants-defendants against the judgment dated 30.06.2015 passed in A.S. No.7 of 2014 by the VIII Additional District Judge at Medak whereby the judgment and decree dated 25.02.2014 passed in O.S. No.42 of 2011 by the Senior Civil Judge at Medak, was confirmed.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 30.01.2023, there was no representation by the learned counsel for the appellants. Therefore, the matter was directed to be posted to 28.10.2022 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, inspite of listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation by the learned counsel for the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not evincing any interest to prosecute the matter.
3. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any shall stand closed.
