Vinod Kumar) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that during the pendency of the appeal, parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and are taking steps to file an appropriate application before the concerned Court, and that therefore, the appellant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this CMA.
2. In view of the above submission, granting permission as sought for, the CMA is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
