JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed by the appellants-plaintiffs against the judgment dated 14.08.2018 passed in O.S. No.246 of 2009 by the XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 01.02.2023, there was no representation by the learned counsel for the appellants. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted to 22.02.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also there is no representation by the learned counsel for the appellants, inspite of listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. It appears that the appellants are not evincing any interest to prosecute the matter.
3. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any shall stand closed.
