The present second appeal is filed aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 22.03.2021 passed in A.S.No.24 of 1997 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Bhongir.
2. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 is present.
3. No representation on behalf of the appellants' inspite of listing the matter under the caption "for dismissal". It appears that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the matter.
3. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution. No costs.
