CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.692 OF 2008
JUDGMENT:
1. As per the direction of this Court, dated 10.02.2023, Regional Manager (Legal), the United India Insurance Company Limited, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad, is present before this Court today and he has produced the copy of the judgment passed in C.M.A.No.693 of 2008, which was filed against the order passed in O.P.No.930 of 2004, in which, the appellant/Insurance Company is absolute party. The said C.M.A.No.693 of 2008 was dismissed and Insurance Company was directed to pay the awarded amount. Though there is no adverse order in the impugned O.P.No.930 of 2004, the Insurance Company chosen to file an appeal. Further, he has fairly admitted that with a wrong advice present appeal is moved and he is not pressing the appeal. To that effect, he has also made an endorsement.
2. Recording the same, present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
3. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
