JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed by the appellant aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 21.03.2016 passed in A.S.No.120 of 2010 by the XVI Additional District & Sessions Judge - cum - XVI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge Court - cum - III Additional Family Judge's Court, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri confirming the decree and judgment dated 17.03.2010 passed in O.S.No.1752 of 2005 by the III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar.
2. When the matter came up for hearing on 01.02.2022, there was no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant. The matter was posted to 15.02.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
3. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default confirming the judgment and decree dated 21.03.2016 passed in A.S.No.120 of 2010 by the XVI Additional District & Sessions Judge - cum - XVI Additional 2 Metropolitan Sessions Judge Court - cum - III Additional Family Judge's Court, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri. No costs.
