JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed by the appellants against the decree and judgment dated 15.02.2018 passed in O.S.No.1402 of 2012 on the file of the V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
2. When the matter came up for hearing on 09.02.2023 there was no representation by the learned counsel for the appellants. Hence, this matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even, today also, though the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation by the learned counsel for the appellants.
3. However, learned counsel for the respondents represented that the entire amount was recovered and that nothing survives for adjudication in the present appeal.
4. In view of the aforesaid representation, the appeal is closed.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
