Today when the matter is taken up for hearing there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. The appeal against the owner i.e., respondent No.7 herein is dismissed vide orders of this Court dated 13.04.2016.
2. In the above circumstances, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
