Heard learned counsel Sri J.V.Srinesh on behalf of the learned counsel for the appellant of Sri K. Chidambaram.
It is submitted by the learned counsel that the matter is settled outside the Court and learned counsel for the appellant is not pressing the suit, to that effect an endorsement was made on the grounds of appeal.
Accordingly, the suit is dismissed as not pressed. Interlocutory applications, if any pending shall stands closed. No order as to costs.
