CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.343 OF 2021
JUDGMENT:
1. The revision petitioner moved the trial court for return of his passport bearing No.K 8593986.
2. By order dated 06.04.2021 in Criminal M.P.No.249 of 2021 in Cr.No.707 of 2020, learned Magistrate refused to direct the return of the passport on the ground that investigation is still pending.
3. It is informed that charge sheet has already been filed and numbered as C.C.No.1055 of 2022 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court), Hyderabad.
4. Under changed circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to move the trial court seeking return of his passport. In the event of the petitioner making an application for return of the passport, the said application shall be disposed off within one week after conclusion of arguments by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed off.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
