2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 14.09.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing Writ Petition No.2652 of 2021 filed by the appellant as the writ petitioner.
3. After hearing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the writ appeal.
24. Leave granted. Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed on withdrawal.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
