Learned counsel for the appellant has informed this Court that the appellant in the present appeal has already filed M.A.C.M.A. No.2390 of 2005 and the said appeal was already disposed of on 19.02.2019. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal.
2. Therefore, the M.A.C.M.A is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
