SECOND APPEAL No.905 of 2017
JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed challenging the judgment dated 09-06-2017 passed in A.S. No.99 of 2011 by the IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
2. When the matter was posted on 24-01-2023, there was no representation by the learned counsel for the appellants. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' to 08-02-2023. Even today also when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation by the learned counsel for the appellants. Hence, it is considered fit to dismiss the appeal, as the appellants are not evincing any interest to proceed with the matter.
3. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
