JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed challenging the judgment dated 01-03-2019 passed in O.S. No.118 of 2012 by the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that on 24.09.2021 in I.A.No.1 of 2019 this Court granted stay in favour of the appellant on condition of depositing 50% of the decretal amount, but the appellant had not complied with the said order till date.
4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, it is considered fit to dismiss the appeal as the appellant had not complied with the order dated 24-09-2021 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019.
5. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
