CRP.No.4700 of 2017 is filed to set aside the order dated 16.08.2017 in I.A.No.957 of 2015 in O.S.No.314 of 2007 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge's Court, Kodad.

CRP.No.4711 of 2017 is filed to set aside the order dated 16.08.2017 in I.A.No.958 of 2015 in O.S.No.314 of 2007 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge's Court, Kodad.

2. When the matter is posted today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the revisions may be dismissed as infructuous, as the trial Court has reserved the judgment in the main suit itself.

3. Recording the said submission, the civil revision petitions are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in these revision petitions, shall stand closed.
