JUDGMENT:
Heard learned counsel for the appellants and also perused the letter dated 02.02.2023 filed in the Registry with a request to list the matter under the caption "for withdrawal". Today, the appellant is present. Enquired. She also made an endorsement to the effect that she may be permitted to withdraw the Appeal Suit. She is identified by the learned counsel for the appellants.
2. Having regard to the facts of the case, considering the letter dated 02.02.2023 and the endorsement made by the appellant/plaintiff, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn confirming the impugned judgment and decree dated 27.11.2017 in O.S.No.20 of 2013 on the file of learned III Additional District Judge, Gadwal.
In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
