CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.79 OF 2020
JUDGMENT:
This revision is filed by the petitioner challenging the order dt.11.12.2019 of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Yellandu, FAC:Addl.Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Yellandu, in Crl.M.P.No.322/2019 in Cr.No.174/2019, whereby the learned Magistrate dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner herein/A1 seeking interim custody of the property i.e. 90 bags of Gutka.
2. Heard. Perused the record.
3. The petitioner is seeking release of 90 bags of Goa Gutkha worth Rs.14,70,000/- seized in the case.
4. The said material was seized by the Police, Kamepally. The petitioner filed Crl.M.P.No.322/2019 for return of the material, however the same was refused. Since the product is a perishable item and nearly three years have elapsed from the date of filing the present revision, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present revision.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
