JUDGMENT:
A Memo is filed by the learned counsel for the appellant stating that the sole appellant had died on 12.03.2022 and the death certificate issued by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation is also enclosed.
2. Therefore, in view of the death of the sole appellant, the criminal appeal gets abated.
3. In the result, the criminal appeal is dismissed as abated.
