Heard Ms. Vedula Chitralekha, learned counsel for
the petitioner and Mr. S.Santosh Kumar, learned
Government Pleader attached to the office of learned
Additional Advocate General representing the respondents.
2. This contempt case has been filed alleging wilful and deliberate non-compliance of judgment and order dated 04.02.2021 passed in W.P.No.24348 of 2020.
3. Mr. S.Santosh Kumar, learned Government Pleader attached to the office of learned Additional Advocate General has informed us that S.L.P (C).No.2844 of 2021, while is filed challenging the order dated 04.02.2021 passed in W.P.No.24348 of 2020, is now tentatively fixed for consideration before the Supreme Court on 27.02.2023.
4. At this stage, Ms. Vedula Chitralekha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the contempt case 2 may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum if grievance subsists.
5. Contempt case is accordingly closed.
