JUDGMENT:
This appeal is preferred questioning the order dated 11-5-2006 of Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Karimnagar, whereunder lower authority granted compensation of Rs.2,07,092/- for the death of workman Bathini Kanakaiah.
Insurance Company preferred this appeal questioning the order of the lower authority.
When this case has come up for hearing on 23- 3-2016, on the request of advocate for appellant, the matter is adjourned and when this mater is taken up for hearing, today neither advocate for appellant is present nor any representation is made.
In spite of granting time, on the request of advocate for appellant, no interest is evinced in prosecuting the case.
Therefore, appeal is dismissed for non-
prosecution. No costs.
As a sequel to the disposal of this appeal, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
