ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation and Command Area Development and learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

2. It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition that the relief sought in this writ petition is covered by the order, dated 09.12.2022, passed in W.P.No.41520 of 2020 and requested for disposal of this writ petition in terms of the said order.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to deposit the entire decretal amount covered by the judgment and decree in O.P.No.39 of 2015, dated 10.10.2017, into the credit of E.P.No.32 of 2019 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Wanaparthy, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. It is made clear that any negligence on the part of the respondents in complying with this order, within the time stipulated by this Court, will be viewed seriously and in such an event, the respondents would be liable to pay costs. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
