2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he would like to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to take steps to protect the endowment lands in accordance with law.

3. In view of the above, this writ appeal is dismissed on withdrawal with liberty to the appellant to take measures that may be necessary to protect the endowment lands in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
