        Heard Mr. P.Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants.


2.      This       appeal      has      been       preferred    against   the   order

dated 24.02.2023, passed by the learned Single Judge in I.A.No.2

of 2022 filed by the appellants in W.P.No.24536 of 2015 filed by

respondents No.1 to 5 in the appeal.

3. By a detailed order, today we have dismissed an identical writ petition being W.P.No.485 of 2023.

4. For the reasons alike, this writ appeal is dismissed. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand closed.
