       Aggrieved     by    the    Order     dated    09.02.2021   in

F.C.O.P.No.1135 of 2010 on the file of the Family Court,

Hyderabad, the present appeal is filed.


       2.     Sri    K.    Venkat     Reddy,      learned   counsel,

representing Sri Janardhana Reddy Ponaka, learned counsel

on record for the appellant, seeks permission to withdraw the

appeal.


       3.     Letter addressed by the learned counsel for the

appellant to the Registrar (Judicial) to that effect is also on

record.


       4.     Learned counsel for the respondent states that

there is amicable settlement between the parties and therefore, the appellant intends to withdraw the appeal.

5. Having considered the submissions thus made, permission, as prayed for, is accorded.
