AND HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE G. RADHA RANI FAMILY COURT APPEAL.No.286 OF 2010 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr. Justice Chillakur Sumalatha) Aggrieved by the Order dated 09.08.2010 in O.P.No.300 of 2008 on the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, the present appeal is filed.
2. Sri Ravi Teja, learned counsel, representing Sri Prabhakar Sripada, learned counsel on record for the appellant, reports that the appellant is not evincing any interest in the appeal, despite of contacting several times. The appeal is of the year 2010.
3. Having regard to the submission thus made by the learned counsel for the appellant and considering the fact that the appellant himself is not evincing any interest in the appeal, this Court is of the view that the appeal deserves dismissal.
