COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan)


       Mr.     Avinash      Desai,       learned     Senior         Counsel

representing Mr. K.V.Rusheek Reddy, learned counsel for

the appellants submits that despite the adverse order

suffered in the writ petitions, he would like to withdraw the

writ petitions as well as the writ appeals.


2.     In the light of the aforesaid, the writ petitions are

accordingly allowed to be withdrawn.


3.     Consequently, both the writ petitions and the writ

appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.

4.   Since the writ petitions have been dismissed on

withdrawal, order passed by the learned Single Judge

would   not   come   in   the       way   of   any   independent

adjudication by and between the parties.


     Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
