WRIT PETITION NO.15166 OF 2014 ORDER: (ORAL) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has submitted that the subject matter of this writ petition has become infructuous as charge sheet has been filed on 05.09.2014 vide C.C. No.656 of 2014 in Crime No.73 of 2004, dated 09.04.2014 on the file of Chengomul Police Station, Vikarabad District for the offences punishable under Section 34 (a) of Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968 and the case was ended in "Acquittal" on 08.02.2017 on the file of the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Parigi, Ranga Reddy District. Copy of the said judgment along with the written instructions dated 17.04.2023 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Chengomal Police Station, Vikarabad District is placed on record.
2. Recording the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
