JUDGMENT:
1. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the parties settled the matter out of Court, in pursuance of which, the matter was referred to Lok Adalat for settlement. Accordingly, an award was passed by the Lok Adalat dated 11.02.2023.
2. In view of the same, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat, dated 11.02.2023.
No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
