ORDER: (ORAL)
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned
Assistant Government Pleader for Home has submitted that the
subject matter of this writ petition has become infructuous. It is
further submitted that the then Station House Officer MA Saleem,
Huzurabad Police Station registered a case in Crime No.92 of
2014 on the file of Huzurabad Police Station, Karimnagar District
for the offences punishable under Section 506 of Indian Penal
Code, 1860 ('IPC') and Section 3 (1) & (x) of SCs and STs (POA)
Act, 1989. Charge sheet was filed on 04.08.2014 vide SC. No.108
of 2014 and the case was ended in "Acquittal" by judgment dated
23.05.2016
.
2. Recording the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
