2. This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 01.12.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.25546 of 2022 filed by respondent No.1 as the writ petitioner. In the said writ petition, appellants were arrayed as respondents No.7 and 8. 2
3. After hearing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the writ appeal.
4. Writ appeal is accordingly dismissed on withdrawal.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
