JUDGMENT:
When the matter is listed on 13.03.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was posted to 20.03.2023. On 28.03.2023 also there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 18.04.2023 under the caption "for dismissal".
2. Though the matter is coming up under the caption 'for dismissal', today also there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. Therefore, Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non- prosecution.
