CRIMINAL PETITION NO.3720 OF 2023
O R D E R:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner/de-facto complainant to direct the learned II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge to disposed off the Crl.A.No.261 of 2019 within two months time on merits in order to meet the end of justice and to pass such other order or orders.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.
3. The criminal appeal is filed against the Judgment dated 21.02.2019 passed by the learned XV Special Magistrate at Hyderabad in C.C.No.374 of 2018. Keeping in view that the petitioner is aged about 78 years and the appeal being filed in the year 2019, the Sessions Court is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of three (03) months.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
