JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed by the appellant against the judgment dated 13.03.2018 passed in A.S. No.5 of 2015 by the learned III Additional District Judge, Karimnagar, confirming the judgment dated 22.12.2014 passed in O.S. No.191 of 2006 by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Karimnagar.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the matter was compromised between the parties out of Court and hence, he is not pressing the appeal.
3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, the Second Appeal is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
