JUDGMENT:
This is an appeal filed by the Insurance Company aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 25.01.2010 passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (District Judge) at Nizamabad (for short, 'the Tribunal') in O.P.No.392 of 2007.
2. As there was no representation on behalf of the appellant on 06.04.2023, the matter is posted to today. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.
3. Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
