Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a letter addressed to the
Registrar(Judicial) High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad, on
24.03.2023
stating that the appellant had opted the One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme introduced by the Government of Telangana, vide G.O.Ms.No.45 Rev.(CT.II) Department, dt.09.05.2022, for settlement of disputes; that the application has been accepted and they have paid the amount as per the said OTS; and therefore seeks to withdraw this Appeal.
2. In view of the above said submission, this Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
