CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.109 OF 2022
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the docket order, dated 30.12.2021, in I.A.No.116 of 2021 in E.P.No.18 of 2014 in O.S.No.25 of 2012 on the file of VI Additional District Judge at Godavarikhani, which reads as under:
"Stay granted in CRP.NO.1917/2021. E.As.No.22/2021, 21/2021 pending. Call on 07-01-2022."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he filed CRP.No.1917 of 2021 challenging the order of the trial Court, dated 02.11.2021, in E.A.No.6 of 2020 in E.A.No.3 of 2016 against the impleadment of wife and son of respondent-Judgment Debtor in E.P.No.18 of 2014. But, in view of the impugned docket order, he is not seeking disposal of the said revision and accordingly, the same is dismissed as not pressed.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the trial Court may be directed for expeditious disposal of E.A.Nos.21 and 22 of 2021.

5. The impugned docket order dated 30.12.2021 in I.A.No.116 of 2021 discloses that E.A.Nos.21 and 22 of 2021 are pending. In view of the dismissal of CRP.No.1917 of 2021 as not pressed, the trial Court is directed to decide the applications in E.A.Nos.21 and 22 of 2021 including E.A.No.116 of 2021 in E.P.No.18 of 2014 in O.S.No.25 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
