JUDGMENT:
In spite of giving fair opportunities, the learned counsel for the appellants has not submitted his arguments on the earlier occasion, the matter, which pertains to 2010, was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even today, the learned counsel for the appellants has not submitted his arguments. It is presumed that the appellants are not interested to proceed with the appeal.
Hence, the Appeal Suit stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
