ORDER:
The present civil revision petition is filed aggrieved by the warrant of attachment before judgment under Order 38 Rule 6 of Code of Civil Procedure dated 26.08.2016 in I.A.No.462 of 2016 in O.S.No.340 of 2016 passed by the II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.
2. The E-Courts case status shows that O.S.No.340 of 2016 was dismissed for default on 25.01.2023.
3. Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in spite of listing the matter today under the caption "for dismissal" and having regard to fact that the main case itself was disposed of, the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. No costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
